Wild Yarrow Brewing

Wild Yarrow opened in 2025 on East Stone Avenue, brewer Aaron Dowling handling nuanced lagers, mixed-fermentation saisons, and barrel-aged wild ales made with malt from Asheville, while co-owner Cindy shapes the room itself around one stated goal, warmth, family, nothing gimmicky. It shows in the small stuff, Thursday vinyl night with a take-a-record-leave-a-record crate, Wednesday $5 pints with free homemade pup cups for dogs, live music and food trucks in steady rotation. A permanent food truck partnership is in the works, so the food side is still evolving, but the vibe's already fully dialed in.
