aper Moon Studios is a DIY space made by artists, for artists, out on Old Buncombe Road, and "all are welcome" isn't a slogan here, it's the actual operating principle. Live music sits alongside drag shows, flea markets, themed dances, movie nights, and a recurring Rocky Horror Picture Show shadow cast that's become something of a tradition. No polish, no pretense, just a genuinely inclusive room doing whatever the community needs it to do that week.
