Fireforge had live music baked in from the start, co-owners Brian and Nicole Cendrowski say it wasn't an add-on, it was the point. They eventually promoted their marketing staffer, Meredith Varn, into a full booking role, and she finds acts the honest way: word of mouth, a friend at a show, whatever crosses her feed.
